End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement, referred to as the “Agreement,” is between you and Surucu Sinavi, referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us.” By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Surucu Sinavi mobile application, referred to as the “App,” you agree to this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the App.

2. App Purpose

The App provides driver exam preparation tools, including topic practice, mock exams, question banks, saved questions, image-based questions, question scanning, progress tracking, and related educational content.

The App is an educational preparation tool. It is not an official government service, driving school, licensing authority, or exam administrator. The App does not guarantee that you will pass any driving license exam.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content except as expressly permitted by us.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App, except where prohibited restrictions are not allowed by applicable law.
• Use the App to violate laws, exam rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or platform rules.
• Interfere with, disable, damage, or overload the App, its services, or related infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, reproduce, or redistribute App content without permission.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the App or related materials.

5. User Content and Scanned Images

If you use camera, photo, or scan features, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to capture, upload, process, or use the images and text involved. You must not use these features to process illegal, private, or infringing content.

You grant us a limited right to process images, text, and related content only as needed to provide App features, maintain app functionality, and support your use of the App.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Premium Access

The App may offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, taxes, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s terms and App Store policies.

If you purchase a subscription, it may automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple’s subscription management rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Premium access may depend on successful purchase validation, restoration, account status, and App Store availability.

7. App Content and Accuracy

We work to provide useful and accurate educational content, but driving regulations, exam formats, question pools, and official requirements may change. You are responsible for verifying current official requirements with the relevant authority before taking an exam.

The App may include translations, explanations, images, or practice questions for study purposes. These materials may not exactly match official exam wording or future exam content.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Some features may require an internet connection, supported device, compatible operating system, or active premium access.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on Apple services, authentication providers, hosting providers, payment services, or other third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete any copies under your control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or exam opportunity arising from or related to your use of the App.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

This Agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. To the extent required by applicable App Store rules, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the App provider is established, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
